Provide support for structuring and development of private wealth vehicles.
Assist legal PM of agreements with distributors and fund managers.
Communicate with boards and senior management of wealth vehicles.
Draft, review, and negotiate prospectuses, subscriptions, and distribution documents.
Provide legal support to product origination and sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years legal experience in asset management at top firm or in-house.
Experience with evergreen wealth products and European AIFs/AIFMD.
Knowledge of UCIs, SIFs, SICARs, RAIFs and ELTIF Regulation.
Clear communication with executive presence to advise global teams.
Self-starter with leadership and interpersonal skills.
Independent and team oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
