Global Time & Attendance Product Strategy Lead

📋 Description

• Partner with T&A, Payroll Ops, Product, and Implementation to embed country labor rules into system design.
• Translate statutory obligations into clear system configuration rules and controls.
• Coordinate governance, audits, and regulatory documentation across countries.
• Identify compliance gaps and mitigate risks in multi-country environments.
• Lead T&A control documentation and change oversight.
• Drive compliance by design across Time & Attendance initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with global Time & Attendance systems (Workday, UKG, ADP, Dayforce) across jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of T&A compliance: working time directives, overtime rules, rest periods, accruals.
• Knowledge of CBAs and their influence on T&A configuration.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable system controls.
• Experience coordinating audit responses and regulatory documentation.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration within agile/hybrid delivery.
