  • Provide 24/7 phone, email and chat support to Litmos customers.
  • Analyze configurations and logs to identify issue causes.
  • Own issues until resolution is reached.
  • Offer quick solutions for known, documented issues.
  • Work through problems to determine root causes and fixes.
  • Report errors to the Development team.

🎯 Requirements

  • Engineering bachelor’s or MSc in Science (Physics/Math) or related field.
  • At least 1 year in a customer support environment; SaaS experience a plus.
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a shift-based, global support environment.
