📋 Description

  • Provide phone, email and chat assistance to customers, consultants and partners 24/7.
  • Analyze configurations, application and system log files to determine issue causes.
  • Maintain accountability for an issue until resolved.
  • Provide quick solutions for known and documented issues.
  • Logically work through problems to determine root cause and resolution.
  • Collaborate with global peers to ensure SLA-aligned resolution and communicate status.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year in customer support; SaaS experience a plus.
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vanilla or jQuery) and REST-based API.
  • Knowledge of SSO and SAML concepts.
  • Strong understanding of SQL.
