  • Provide phone, email and chat support for Litmos users 24/7.
  • Analyze configurations and logs to identify issue causes.
  • Maintain accountability until issues are resolved.
  • Provide quick solutions for known/documented issues.
  • Log bugs and determine causes and resolutions.
  • Report errors to Development and guide customers on procedures.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year in customer support; SaaS a plus.
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a shift-based, global support environment.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST API knowledge.
  • SSO/SAML concepts and SQL understanding.
