- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year in customer support; SaaS a plus.
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a shift-based, global support environment.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST API knowledge.
- SSO/SAML concepts and SQL understanding.
