🎯 Requirements

Advanced degree with 4+ yrs in engineering/purchasing/contracting, or BA with 6+ yrs.
Experience reading drawings and specs; manufacturing experience.
APICS certification.
Lean Six Sigma certification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
