Global Supply Manager (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Support and execute long-term supplier agreements with flexible contracts.
• Ensure procurement and delivery of regional ground infrastructure on time and under budget.
• Analyze regional spend, reliability, service, and supplier data to identify cost savings.
• Develop and own regional quarterly planning and budget with stakeholder input.
• Set targets for spend, speed, and quality per goals.
• Evaluate major investments and expansions to align with Starlink strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years professional experience.
• 6+ years in hardware/product management, engineering, procurement, supply chain, or strategy.
• Experience mentoring or directly managing team members or interns.
• Demonstrated track record in cross-disciplinary project execution and negotiations.
• Self-starter; identifies improvements with minimal direction; strong PM skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to ground sites.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay range: $125,000 - $180,000 per year.
