Understand production equipment tech to identify cost, space, and process gains.
Use data analytics to identify and realize process opportunities.
Build and own project budgets and capital plans, including TCO.
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and category analysis.
Report equipment status, schedules, risks, and mitigations to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years in engineering/purchasing/negotiation (or 10+ years).
Strong technical background with business acumen for contracts and negotiations.
Experience purchasing for more than one category.
Extensive project management and organizational skills.
Experience managing large-scale capital projects.
Remarkable problem solving with a bias for speed.
