🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering.
- 5+ years in global supply chain or ODM/CM management for compute servers.
- Deep knowledge of L10/L11 manufacturing, FATP, DFM, and ODM/CM ecosystems.
- Hands-on server and networking build process experience.
- Experience negotiating complex SOWs and driving results in high-velocity environments.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; onsite in Austin, TX.
- ITAR compliance awareness.
