Global Supply Manager, Machinery Fabrication

📋 Description

• Manage the supply base supporting COTS and custom parts.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to hit goals.
• Use forecasts and upcoming design releases to ensure capacity and quality yield.
• Guide procurement on design for manufacturability and cost reduction strategies.
• Partner with engineering on design reviews and capacity analyses.
• Visit supplier facilities to assess capability and capacity for rapid deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree with 4+ years in Engineering, Purchasing, or Negotiation
• Or bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in the same areas
• Or 10+ years in Engineering, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
• Experience sourcing from a global supply base for weldments and machined parts
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
