Lead Horizon procurement, ensuring CMMC and CUI-capable suppliers.
Develop supply chain strategy: supplier selection, long-term agreements, capacity planning.
Ensure ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS compliance, export controls, audit readiness.
Align procurement with program milestones across Engineering, Manufacturing, and leadership.
Act as primary Horizon liaison; provide strategic reporting on metrics and risks.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
5+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and federal compliance.
Proven track record negotiating contracts and milestone-based agreements.
Hands-on ERP experience: Infor LN/Lawson, SAP, Oracle.
Experience managing suppliers for aerospace/advanced manufacturing.
