- Negotiate favorable terms and manage end-to-end sourcing from supplier development to contracting.
- Secure best-in-class pricing via price analysis, cost reductions, cost avoidance, and logistics optimization.
- Monitor market conditions, supplier capacity, tech roadmaps, and supply/demand trends.
- Ensure best-in-class suppliers, analyze costs, perform risk analyses, and forecast trends.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in metal parts sourcing, pricing, and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of commercial terms, contracts, and IP concepts.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented; strong analytics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; team-player.
- Independent and cross-functional collaborator; multi-tasking.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Eng, SCM, Finance, or similar; US travel.
