Global Supply Manager, Contract Manufacturing (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Conduct supplier analysis to formulate strategic sourcing plans.
• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and lower costs.
• Build and own project budgets; optimize capex with suppliers.
• Manage the supply base with forecast models and build readiness.
• Oversee contract manufacturer operations to keep NPI on track.
• Execute purchasing transactions via POs and align with MRP.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s with 6+ yrs in supply chain/engineering or 10+ yrs exp in lieu.
• 2+ yrs procurement in high-volume contract manufacturing.
• Strong electronics manufacturing knowledge; capex planning.
• Experience with NPI and mass production processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing/planning.
• Travel up to 40%.
