🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree + 5+ years in Engineering or Purchasing; or BS + 8+ years; or 11+ years.
- Experience in engineering and purchasing.
- Extensive project management and organization.
- Experience leading large-scale capital projects.
- Negotiation and contract management experience.
- Market research, benchmarking, supplier analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
