Global Supply Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy across multiple commodity categories.
• Drive supplier evaluation, dual-sourcing, and geographic risk strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and IP terms with Legal/Finance.
• Build should-cost and total-cost-of-ownership models; lead cost reductions.
• Partner with Design and SIE on DFM and make/buy decisions early.
• Manage supplier performance and capacity planning; drive corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent.
• Generalist track record across at least two commodities.
• Sourcing and supplier management in hardware/medical devices/robotics.
• Hands-on RFI/RFQ/RFP cycles end-to-end.
• Negotiation across price, tooling, NRE, terms, and IP.
• Should-cost and total-cost-of-ownership modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, Zip).
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.
