Global Sourcing Manager (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Work with key suppliers to develop sourcing and cost strategies for platforms and new products
• Aggregate hardware demand for Starshield to enable accurate demand signals
• Act as supplier interface for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
• Partner with internal stakeholders to run the RFX process and implement decisions
• Manage costs to meet project budgets and forecasts
• Develop should-cost models for competitive cost analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in supply chain, production, or engineering
• Or advanced degree with 4+ years in same field
• Or 10+ years of supply chain experience in lieu of a degree
• Technical procurement/planning with PCB/PCBA/electrical components
• Production purchasing experience preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; MS Office and SQL
