- Conduct supplier analysis to define sourcing strategy; identify suppliers; optimize costs; ensure continuity.
- Manage supply base with supplier stratification and documented management playbook.
- Evaluate suppliers on capability, quality, reliability, and price; enforce performance measures.
- Assess supplier capability, equipment, and capacity for rapid NPI and long-term production.
- Drive initiatives to improve supplier quality, total cost, service, delivery, pricing, lead times.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in supply chain/production/engineering; or advanced degree +4+; or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
- 6+ years procurement in Custom Silicon and OSAT sourcing.
- Strong understanding of silicon foundry/OSAT supply chain and pricing trends.
- Experience with EVT, NPI, and mass production processes.
- Experience with global foundry service vendors or OSAT.
- ERP systems and purchasing/planning familiarity; ITAR awareness.
