🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive payroll/global payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, integrations, and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of payroll compliance and global governance.
  • Experience with payroll process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Strong analytical skills: reconciliations, validation, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration; ability to mentor juniors.
