🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 8+ years in Benefits/HR
  • 3+ years of direct people management; global teams
  • Deep knowledge of US FMLA, ADA, CFRA, PFL and key international laws
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth enterprise environments
  • Proficiency with HRIS, Absence Management, and case management systems
  • Strong collaboration with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders
