- Support day-to-day U.S. benefits administration and regional delivery (EMEA/APJ)
- Manage enrollments, life events, audits, and payroll-related benefits
- Administer U.S. 401(k) program; handle inquiries and plan coordination

- Ensure timely, accurate processing of enrollments and life events
- Collaborate with brokers, vendors, and HR teams on global benefits
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of benefits administration with ownership of complex programs
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of U.S. health/welfare and retirement; intl exposure preferred
- Experience partnering with vendors, brokers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data audit skills; Workday preferred
- Comfort leveraging AI and automation tools to improve workflows
