📋 Description

  • Support day-to-day U.S. benefits administration and regional delivery (EMEA/APJ)
  • Manage enrollments, life events, audits, and payroll-related benefits
  • Administer U.S. 401(k) program; handle inquiries and plan coordination
  • Coordinate leave programs (FMLA, STD, LTD, parental leave)
  • Ensure timely, accurate processing of enrollments and life events
  • Collaborate with brokers, vendors, and HR teams on global benefits

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of benefits administration with ownership of complex programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. health/welfare and retirement; intl exposure preferred
  • Experience partnering with vendors, brokers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data audit skills; Workday preferred
  • Comfort leveraging AI and automation tools to improve workflows
