Monitor physical security assets and surveillance systems to detect unauthorized access or incidents
Monitor open-source threat intel and internal SaaS tools for situational awareness
Serve as primary contact for employees with safety questions or concerns
Dispatch security resources and escalate to crisis management as needed
Coordinate broad communications to Twilio employees during incidents

🎯 Requirements

3+ years GSOC experience
Experience with ACS, IDS, VSS, VMS
Experience with OSINT tools
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
English language proficiency
