  • IP Transit, peering/IX expertise; SME for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record with complex contracts (MSA/SLA) across jurisdictions.
  • Strong global carrier network; presence at ITW/PTC conferences.
  • Discuss topology/PoP/latency with engineers and CTOs.
  • Compliance knowledge incl. data privacy; travel internationally as needed.
