๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Partner with Sales and Product leadership to deliver analytics and insights that inform strategy and key business decisions
  • Support the translation of analytics into sales strategy and practical tools that improve relationship manager productivity and effectiveness
  • Build, maintain, and enhance core analytics products, reporting, and data assets that support the KCS business
  • Analyze business questions and opportunities, developing data-driven insights in collaboration with senior team members
  • Deliver sales, performance, and ROI analysis across sales and business initiatives

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or data management, preferably in asset management or financial services
  • Ability to manage work independently with guidance and oversight from senior team members
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel) with experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or Power BI, and asset management distribution data
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor degree in business, computer science, data and analytics, data science or equivalent experience.
