📋 Description

• Own the full SDR function globally, building an outbound engine and pipeline.
• Stand up an AI-augmented SDR engine across SF, Seoul, and London.
• Define tech stack, operating model, and coach every rep to quota.
• Convert inbound momentum into pipeline and opportunities across regions.
• Hire, onboard, and ramp SDR talent as the org scales globally.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year leading a team of SDRs with pipeline targets.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
• Proven success scaling AI-powered SDR programs with improved meetings.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with AI tooling for outbound personalization (Clay, Codex, Claude Code).
