- Lead domestic and international relocation transfers with third-party partners.
- Design, implement, and scale global mobility and immigration programs.
- Collaborate with Global HR, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and department leaders.
- Provide relocation guidance to stakeholders and employees, escalating as necessary.
- Lead vendor and stakeholder queries, escalations, and exceptions.
- Track industry trends and develop strategies to meet business needs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of relocation program management experience at a global company.
- Deep understanding of international immigration laws and visa requirements.
- Experience in global mobility administration, international transfers, relocation, immigration, and visa sponsorship.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple relocation processes simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication; strong interpersonal skills; proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
