๐ฏ Requirements
- 5-8 years in Talent Acquisition; 2-3 years in RecOps
- ATS deployment and optimisation (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby or CRM)
- TA dashboard construction and C-level reporting
- Process design in a scale-up or high-growth environment
- Strong data culture: critical reading of TA metrics
- Fully bilingual French / English
