  • Design a unified intake process across verticals (auditable)
  • Build job-family scorecards in partnership with each TA
  • Define and publish SLAs by vertical
  • Create and maintain the TA wiki: processes and standards
  • Build onboarding programmes for new ICs and incoming RPO partners
  • Conduct quarterly process audits for drift and non-compliance

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5-8 years in Talent Acquisition; 2-3 years in RecOps
  • ATS deployment and optimisation (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby or CRM)
  • TA dashboard construction and C-level reporting
  • Process design in a scale-up or high-growth environment
  • Strong data culture: critical reading of TA metrics
  • Fully bilingual French / English
