π― Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of deal making in commercial brokerage or in-house development (EV charging a plus)
- Strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel and Word
- Travel frequently; self-starter who can work autonomously
