- Collaborate with Development, Operations, Security and EHS to meet deadlines.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of deal making in commercial brokerage or in-house development; EV charging a plus.
- Strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel frequently and work autonomously.
