📋 Description

• Site selection, LOI and lease negotiations across office, industrial, retail.
• Gather and evaluate zoning, utility, financial, and market data.
• Partner with LeaseAdmin to analyze leases and manage landlord relations.
• Manage and maintain broker relationships.
• Strong financial analysis; collaborate with FP&A.
• Negotiate LOIs and work letters.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of deal making for commercial brokerage or in-house dev
• Retail or industrial real estate experience
• EV charging experience is a plus
• Strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel and Word
