🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in partner enablement, programs, or mgmt in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record building training programs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong operational rigor: prioritization, stakeholder mgmt, KPI reporting.
- Package product and services knowledge into partner-ready enablement.
- Cross-functional experience with Product, PS, Sales, and CS.
- Excellent communication; able to influence across regions and functions.
