🎯 Requirements

6+ years in yarn engineering, yarn development, or Tier 3 roles.
Expertise in yarn architecture (spun and filament), fiber selection, and knit performance.
Experience with Tier 3 suppliers and Tier 2 mills to support fabric execution.
Strong understanding of quality and consistency controls for yarn performance.
Ability to translate technical yarn decisions into actionable guidance for cross-functional teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
