- Lead customer success and partner teams for gov & industry with focus on retention and renewal.
- Serve as central connector between customers, partners, delivery, sales, and engineering.
- Drive adoption post-implementation to maximize value from Virtru solutions.
- Manage post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal, advocacy.
- Close expansion deals and relay updates/insights to delivery and engineering.
- Monitor customer/partner health and identify expansion opportunities.
π― Requirements
- TS Clearance required, SCI preferred
- Willingness to travel (<30%)
- Must excel at cross-functional collaboration and breaking down silos
- Proven track record driving partner success and customer satisfaction in B2B SaaS
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, delivery, sales, and government orgs
- Experience closing expansion/renewal deals or driving revenue growth via existing customers
