πŸ“‹ Description

  • Lead customer success and partner teams for gov & industry with focus on retention and renewal.
  • Serve as central connector between customers, partners, delivery, sales, and engineering.
  • Drive adoption post-implementation to maximize value from Virtru solutions.
  • Manage post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal, advocacy.
  • Close expansion deals and relay updates/insights to delivery and engineering.
  • Monitor customer/partner health and identify expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • TS Clearance required, SCI preferred
  • Willingness to travel (<30%)
  • Must excel at cross-functional collaboration and breaking down silos
  • Proven track record driving partner success and customer satisfaction in B2B SaaS
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, delivery, sales, and government orgs
  • Experience closing expansion/renewal deals or driving revenue growth via existing customers
