📋 Description

  • Lead government-focused customer workstreams and virtual teams.
  • Connect Solution Architects, Project Managers, engineers, and CSMs.
  • Orchestrate INDOPACOM partnerships to accelerate Virtru adoption.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle: agreements, commitments, cadence, leadership, value.
  • Identify issues proactively and mobilize resources for mission success.
  • Keep pulse on customer/partner health, satisfaction, and expansion.
  • Discuss data sharing, data protection, and AI with strategic customers.
  • Compensation: $180,000 - 210,000 + variable incentive pay

🎯 Requirements

  • Active US Top Secret / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in tech fields (IT, cybersecurity, CS, or engineering)
  • Willingness to travel (<25% Honolulu; <40% west coast)
  • Cross-functional collaboration and breaking down silos
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple time zones
  • Proven track record driving partner success in B2B SaaS
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss solutions with stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach to measuring customer health and expansion opportunities
