📋 Description

  • Lead CS and partner success workstreams for Global Public Sector
  • Central connector between customers, partners, delivery, sales, engineering
  • Drive post-implementation adoption and value realization
  • Manage post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal
  • Identify issues early and coordinate rapid resolution
  • Close expansion deals and relay updates to delivery and product teams

🎯 Requirements

  • UK citizenship required
  • Active UK DV clearance preferred (SC acceptable)
  • Understanding of UK/EU/NATO mission partner environments
  • Bachelor's in IT/cyber/CS/engineering; Master’s a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration across time zones
