📋 Description

• Own end-to-end global proposal lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Define scalable GTM proposal processes and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead intake and Go/No-Go for high-value enterprise opportunities.
• Analyze proposal data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage the global proposal roadmap across multiple time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years managing RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with ability to track metrics for exec leadership.
• Process-builder mindset; able to design and pilot global workflows quickly.
• Tech-forward mindset; comfortable with AI-driven proposal tools; Von preferred.
• Agile and global adaptability; thrive across time zones and shifting priorities.
• Master communicator with strong writing and storytelling; able to influence cross-functional teams.
