• 3–5+ years managing RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Analytical and strategic mindset; track metrics and report to executives.
• Process builder mindset; scale workflows; pilot globally.
• Tech-forward; comfortable with AI-driven proposal tools; Von preferred.
• Agile and global adaptability; manage deadlines across regions.
• Master communicator; superb writing and storytelling.
• Influence without authority; cross-functional collaboration.
