📋 Description

• Implement regional security strategies across countries.
• Conduct site reviews and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Manage installation, maintenance, and upgrades of security systems.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements.
• Liaise across departments to align security with business priorities.
• Innovate tools to improve security efficiency and service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in physical security mgmt within international orgs.
• Strong expertise in security systems: access control, CCTV, alarms.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus.
• Ability to operate under pressure and manage complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of local and global security regulations/standards.
• Proactive, reliable, and ready to support security systems.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and delivering know-how.
• Experience with at least two of AltaOpen, Ava, Lenel, Milestone.
