- Own Nanit’s global product safety and regulatory strategy across North America, EMEA, and other markets.
- Advise executive leadership on regulatory risk and market-entry requirements.
- Manage country-specific registrations and documentation for global distribution.
- Oversee Declarations of Conformity, Technical Files, and compliance docs retention.
- Embed regulatory requirements into product development and change processes.
- Conduct regulatory risk assessments for new products and changes.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in global product safety, regulatory compliance, or quality engineering.
- Experience with consumer electronics, connected/IoT devices, or juvenile products preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing international certifications and regulatory submissions.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party labs.
- Deep understanding of electrical safety, EMC, RF, and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or related field.
