  • Lead global benefits programs across countries (health, devices, vouchers, etc.).
  • Research local practices to design compliant, cost-efficient benefits.
  • Partner with HR Ops, Legal, Finance, and Payroll to rollout benefits.
  • Develop standard processes and governance for scalable global benefits.
  • End-to-end vendor management: onboarding, contracts, invoicing, payments, reviews.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in procurement, vendor management, partnerships, global benefits, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of international benefits, insurance programs, and compliance (nice-to-have).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong project management and organisational abilities.
