- 5+ years in procurement, vendor management, partnerships, global benefits, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of international benefits, insurance programs, and compliance (nice-to-have).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with strong project management and organisational abilities.
