Significant experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
S2P tech: hands-on with Coupa or SAP Ariba.
Governance and controls aligned to policies.
Change and adoption leadership across stakeholders.
Operational procurement grounding: sourcing, category, or P2P.
Nice to Have: Post-M&A harmonisation, automation, Lean/Six Sigma, CoE influence.
