📋 Description

  • Lead global paid media strategy across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and programmatic.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to tailor creative and targeting for local markets.
  • Own full-funnel paid media performance from impression to conversion.
  • Lead paid media creative testing strategies—messaging, concepts, and formats.
  • Develop analytics to track ROI, LTV/CAC, and regional impact.
  • Partner with analytics to refine MMM, attribution, and campaign performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in performance/growth marketing; global experience preferred.
  • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar paid budgets for subscriptions.
  • Deep understanding of Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, programmatic channels.
  • Strong funnel and experimentation expertise.
  • Advanced analytics: Looker, Amplitude, GA4, SQL, and MMPs.
  • Experience tailoring strategies across multiple countries.
