  • Experience as People Partner/HRBP in a tech company with senior execs in G&A functions.
  • Business acumen across technology and operations; people decisions impact the bottom line.
  • Change management: proven ability to lead through transformations.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven storytelling; Chief of Staff or similar experience a plus.
