  • Act as trusted adviser to CPO, SVP of Engineering, CTO and leaders.
  • Lead org design and change initiatives to keep agile and efficient.
  • Develop global workforce plans and design incentives with Total Rewards.
  • Lead executive succession planning and coach leaders on inclusive cultures.
  • Use people analytics data to diagnose health and predict future trends.
  • Partner with Global People Advisors and other HR teams on programs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10-15 years of progressive HR/People experience.
  • At least 2 years partnering with senior leaders in global, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience as People Partner or HRBP with senior Eng/Product/CTO execs.
  • Business acumen: understand tech functions and impact of people decisions.
  • Change management: proven record of leading major transformations.
  • Influence: strong communication to challenge exec stakeholders empathetically.
  • Analytical rigor: use data to build business cases and measure success.
  • Chief of Staff or similar with business leaders (nice to have).
