- Act as trusted adviser to CPO, SVP of Engineering, CTO and leaders.
- Lead org design and change initiatives to keep agile and efficient.
- Develop global workforce plans and design incentives with Total Rewards.
- Lead executive succession planning and coach leaders on inclusive cultures.
- Use people analytics data to diagnose health and predict future trends.
- Partner with Global People Advisors and other HR teams on programs.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 10-15 years of progressive HR/People experience.
- At least 2 years partnering with senior leaders in global, fast-paced environments.
- Experience as People Partner or HRBP with senior Eng/Product/CTO execs.
- Business acumen: understand tech functions and impact of people decisions.
- Change management: proven record of leading major transformations.
- Influence: strong communication to challenge exec stakeholders empathetically.
- Analytical rigor: use data to build business cases and measure success.
- Chief of Staff or similar with business leaders (nice to have).
