π― Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive payroll experience, including leading global payroll projects
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, time-sensitive payroll projects
- Proven expertise in project management: scope, timeline, risk, stakeholders
- Experience operating across NAM, EMEA, LATAM, APAC
- Experience partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors
- Working knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors)
