🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years' payroll experience across multiple countries.
  • Experience with a global payroll provider/system.
  • Experience automating manual payroll processes.
  • Ability to document processes and build control frameworks.
  • Ability to take ownership of payroll processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent English communications; Portuguese a plus.
