📋 Description

• End-to-end processing of payrolls (bi-monthly and monthly).
• Analyze/payroll control framework for each country.
• Manage relationships with Finance/HR and the payroll provider.
• Ensure statutory/regulatory compliance.
• Perform reconciliations and payroll audits.
• Support month-end close and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ payroll across multiple countries.
• Experience with global payroll provider/system.
• Automating manual payroll processes.
• Process documentation and control framework building.
• Ownership of payroll processes.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
