📋 Description

• Manage in-country payroll vendors ensuring on-time, accurate payrolls and tax compliance.
• Support global payroll inputs and preliminary calculations; advise on changes and approvals.
• Partner with Global Payroll and internal stakeholders across locations.
• Drive Workday usage improvements to streamline cross-country payroll.
• Support payroll operations in new countries as Stripe expands.
• Coordinate off-cycle payrolls for taxable equity events (RSUs) and terminations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years multi-country payroll experience; India payroll a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interact with all levels.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced Excel with large data sets.
• Experience with in-country payroll vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
