- Oversee payroll processing for distributed workforce across 8 countries.
- Manage relationships with EOR/PEO vendors across 12+ countries.
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs including HR data, comps, and relocations.
- Respond to and resolve employee pay inquiries.
- Partner with People/Benefits to ensure local leave and reporting compliance.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years progressive payroll experience (3+ years global payroll).
- 2+ years leading direct reports (external consultants OK).
- Direct experience processing US payroll; strong knowledge of US payroll laws.
- Proficiency with a major US payroll system (ADP WFN or similar).
- Familiarity with payroll accounting: reconciliation, accruals, month-close.
- Experience with payroll vendor selection/implementation.
