Global Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Build and optimize global payroll processes across jurisdictions.
• Manage international payroll providers and vendor relationships.
• Own end-to-end reconciliation of payroll balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Drive payroll automation and technology to reduce manual work.
• Oversee payroll calendar, filings, and payments across regions.
• Support internal and external payroll audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, Legal, and FP&A on payroll needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of payroll experience; CPP or equivalent a plus.
• Experience managing international payroll vendors across countries.
• Hands-on reconciliation of payroll balance sheet accounts.
• Builder mindset; able to create processes in undefined environments.
• Experience with payroll tech platforms such as ADP, Workday, Rippling and automation.
• Understanding multi country payroll compliance and filings.
• Attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience at early stage or high growth startups is a plus.
• Background in consumer tech, e commerce, or hardware preferred.
