Global Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end global payroll across regions; design strategy and scale operations.
• Own payroll for a large hourly workforce; optimize systems and timekeeping data.
• Lead payroll and tax for equity programs (options and RSUs) and secondary sales.
• Audit payroll systems; implement scalable, process improvements.
• Ensure global payroll compliance across jurisdictions and EORs.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies with internal teams and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 10–15 years payroll experience in global environments.
• Experience managing large hourly/non-exempt workforces and complex time-keeping.
• Experience with equity programs and tax consequences of secondary sales.
• Deep US payroll expertise with international experience (India, China, Europe, LatAm).
• Workday/ADP/Rippling expertise; bring large-company rigor to startups.
• Collaborative, service-oriented; responsive partner to internal stakeholders.
